It is unconscionable for anyone who put themselves in harm's way for the American Dream to be living an American nightmare. It is America's shame that so many of her patriotic defenders are unable to participate fully in the promise of our society. The tragic irony is that had these patriots not answered society's call, they would in all probability, be fully able to enjoy and participate in that society today.
The Veterans Outreach Center - Metrowest is a non-profit corporation that has a commitment to support and strengthen our communities by assisting those men and women who, when they were needed, served those same communities by serving their nation. Since 1987, our outreach program has been geared to the empowerment and reintegration of distressed/dysfunctional veterans to family and community, and to the prevention of homelessness, broken families, and substance abuse, through outreach to and intervention with, those veterans at risk.
